This disclosure explains the consent you provide under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) when you submit a form on this website and check the consent box. We show you the exact consent language at the moment you submit, and we keep a record of what you agreed to, when, and from where.

What you are agreeing to

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you expressly authorize FileMassTort, its service providers, and one or more participating law firms (or their intake vendors) to contact you about your inquiry at the number you provided, including:

• Calls and text messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system
• Calls using prerecorded or artificial voice messages
• Emails to the address you provided

Who may contact you, and about what

Contact under this consent is limited to your inquiry: confirming your details, asking follow-up eligibility questions, and connecting you with a law firm for your claim type. You may be contacted by more than one party involved in evaluating your claim — for example our intake team and the participating firm. This consent does not authorize unrelated telemarketing.

Important points

• Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
• Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies with the activity on your inquiry
• Consent applies even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry
• If someone referred you to us, we rely on their confirmation that you expect our call — and we will ask for your own consent when we first speak

How to withdraw consent

You may revoke consent at any time, by any of these routes — each takes effect immediately and is recorded:

• Reply STOP to any text message
• Tell any caller that you no longer wish to be contacted
• Use the “withdraw contact consent” option in your claim portal
• Email intake@filemasstort.com or call (800) 555-0199

Revoking consent will not affect the evaluation of a claim you have already submitted, but it will stop future calls and texts.
