This Cookie Policy explains how FileMassTort uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. We keep it minimal: a handful of first-party cookies, no third-party tracking cookies, and nothing that identifies you by name.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. We also use your browser's session storage to remember your progress if you move from an ad landing page into the case review form — that data stays in your browser and is cleared when the tab closes.

If you arrived from an advertisement, we may also record the campaign that brought you here (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID) with your case review submission, so we can measure which campaigns reach people who need help.
Third parties
We do not place third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies. Our page-view statistics are collected first-party, with a random identifier, and are never sold or shared for advertising.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site — including the intake form and the claim portal — from working correctly.
