This Cookie Policy explains how FileMassTort uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. We use a small set of first-party cookies to run the site, plus Google Ads cookies so we can measure whether an advertisement led to a case review. Nothing in these cookies identifies you by name.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. We also use your browser's session storage to remember your progress if you move from an ad landing page into the case review form — that data stays in your browser and is cleared when the tab closes.

If you arrived from an advertisement, we may also record the campaign that brought you here (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID) with your case review submission, so we can measure which campaigns reach people who need help.
Third parties
We load Google's advertising tag (gtag.js) so we can measure which Google Ads campaigns bring people to a case review. The tag is configured with advertising personalization turned off, so visiting a claim page does not add you to a remarketing list. Google may set cookies such as _gcl_au and may collect technical data (browser type, pages viewed, ad click ID) under Google's own policies. We do not sell your name, phone, or claim details to Google, and we do not use social-media tracking pixels. Our own page-view statistics remain first-party, with a random identifier.
Your choices
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site — including the intake form and the claim portal — from working correctly.
